Loan Cars is now live in Dealer Studio Mobile, giving your service and front-of-house teams a fast, structured way to manage every loan vehicle from a single place.

Search by rego or stock number to find the right car in seconds. Once a vehicle's loaned out, it's automatically locked from being booked again until it's back, so there are no more double-bookings. Capture digital ID (including secondary IDs like a passport or birth certificate), collect e-signatures before the car goes out the door, and see start and expected return dates front and centre so your team always knows when a car's due. Staff loans are tracked the same way, with vehicle status visible at a glance.

The entire workflow is completed digitally in the app or on the Dashboard desktop, so there's no more chasing paperwork or guessing who has what.

Smart Publisher updates now let you restrict which vehicles are sent to third-party platforms like Autogate, Drive and Autotrader — on a per-listing basis. Stop paying to advertise stock where it doesn't need to be, and take full control over your listing spend.

We've made two improvements to how dealerships manage notifications. Event-driven notifications let you trigger alerts based on specific activity — for example, notifying the Pre-Owned Sales Manager at a location the moment a used car test drive is booked there. And on any landing page, you can now create notifications targeted to specific users directly from the page itself, without digging through settings.

Dealer Studio Mobile App version 2.6.0 is now live, bringing a smoother and more powerful experience for your dealership.
