Every trade-in starts with a number, and our new Appraisals app gets your team to the right one faster. Enter the rego and state, and the vehicle details and VIN fill in for you. Shoot all your photos in one go, or text the customer a link so they can send their own. AutoGrab trade and retail pricing sits beside comparable listings and recent sales, which you can filter by state. You’ll see average days to sell, average price and price rank at a glance, so your offer holds up when the customer pushes back. Run a PPSR check, cost the reconditioning and land on a final price you can stand behind, all without leaving the appraisal.

It also fits the way your dealership already works. Start an appraisal from a lead, or create a Walk In or Sell My Car lead straight from it. Managers can request offers from external valuers and record the final one. You can assign appraisals to team members and filter the list to find what you need. Everything sits together in one place, on the desktop dashboard or in the mobile app.

Customers can now attach photos of their vehicle when submitting a Trade-In Appraisal, giving your team a clearer picture of its condition upfront. Uploading photos is entirely voluntary on the customer's end. If they choose not to, you can request photos via SMS, or upload your own directly from the Appraisal in your Dealer Studio dashboard.

Automatically catches up any leads marked as "Delivered" in the system, applying whatever follow-up steps they would have received in-store. This ensures no delivered lead falls through the cracks, even if the usual in-store follow-up sequence was missed.

Loan Cars is now live in Dealer Studio Mobile, giving your service and front-of-house teams a fast, structured way to manage every loan vehicle from a single place.

Search by rego or stock number to find the right car in seconds. Once a vehicle's loaned out, it's automatically locked from being booked again until it's back, so there are no more double-bookings. Capture digital ID (including secondary IDs like a passport or birth certificate), collect e-signatures before the car goes out the door, and see start and expected return dates front and centre so your team always knows when a car's due. Staff loans are tracked the same way, with vehicle status visible at a glance.

The entire workflow is completed digitally in the app or on the Dashboard desktop, so there's no more chasing paperwork or guessing who has what.

Smart Publisher updates now let you restrict which vehicles are sent to third-party platforms like Autogate, Drive and Autotrader — on a per-listing basis. Stop paying to advertise stock where it doesn't need to be, and take full control over your listing spend.

We've made two improvements to how dealerships manage notifications. Event-driven notifications let you trigger alerts based on specific activity — for example, notifying the Pre-Owned Sales Manager at a location the moment a used car test drive is booked there. And on any landing page, you can now create notifications targeted to specific users directly from the page itself, without digging through settings.

Dealer Studio Mobile App version 2.6.0 is now live, bringing a smoother and more powerful experience for your dealership. The app now includes full tablet support with optimised layouts for iPad and Android tablets, making it easier to manage daily tasks on larger screens. We’ve also introduced a dedicated Appointment Calendar, giving you a clear, organised view of bookings while surfacing today’s pending appointments directly on the home screen so nothing gets missed.
